Registration

The workshop rate is 380 € (netto early-bird) and 450 € (netto regular) per person.

Registration fees include:

• Access to the whole workshop programme

• Lunch on both days of the workshop

• Refreshments (morning and afternoon)

• Bus transfer from workshop venue to Fraunhofer IISB and back on 01. October 2026

A special discounted rate of €400 per person is available for institutions (e.g., Universities or Companies) with 6 or more participants.

Please email marietta.didio@ecpe.org with the names and job titles of the individuals who intend to register to receive the discount code to unlock this rate (which can then be used for subsequent individual registrations). 

For registrations made after 15.09.2026, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be accommodated. In addition, although we will still attempt to accommodate a conference dinner on the 29th, this is not guaranteed.

Note that all presenters must register by August 30th, 2026, to be included in the final programme. If you are submitting more than one paper, please keep in mind that you'll need an individual registration for each paper.
