Papers presented at PEASA Europe 2026 must be original, non-commercial material and must not have been previously presented or published.
Click here for the submission template. The five-page limit includes all figures but not the references. Digests are NOT to be prepared in the IEEE two-column paper format.
Authors should obtain any required company and government clearances before submitting their digest to iisb.fraunhofer@peasa-europe2026.com.
Please send your digest to: iisb.fraunhofer@peasa-europe2026.com
Final Manuscript Material for Authors
All authors of an accepted digest are required to prepare a full-length manuscript in the IEEE two-column format (Additional Information). Manuscript files must be in an unsecured PDF file format with all fonts embedded. Paper size is to be US letter (8.5 inches × 11 inches) and not international A4 size.
At least one author of each accepted digest must register for PEASA Europe 2026 and attend the workshop to present the paper in person. Papers not presented in person will not be submitted to the IEEE Xplore digital library.
Authors are strongly encouraged to limit their manuscripts to six pages, including all figures and references, for readability and conciseness. The maximum number of pages is eight. Authors of papers that exceed the maximum page limit will be charged $100 for each additional page. Excess page charges must be paid before the paper is included in the PEASA Europe 2026 program or submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Authors are required to assign the copyright to the IEEE at the time the manuscript is sent to the PEASA-Europe 2026 Organizing Committee. For more details, see the IEEE Copyright Policy web page. Authors retain the copyright to their presentations and any associated media files but grant PEASA Europe 2026 and its sponsors a royalty-free license to distribute, in perpetuity, the presentation in any format and by any means chosen by PEASA Europe 2026 or its sponsors.
Authors are also advised that all submitted manuscripts will undergo a plagiarism check, and any potential violations will be notified and asked to make the required corrections within a short timeframe to ensure they are acceptable for publication in PEASA Europe 2026.
Final manuscript submission is also an opportunity to update the corresponding author's name to match the person who will present the paper at
PEASA Europe 2026.
